Welcome to the website of Devonshire Homeowners Association, one of Champaign’s premier neighborhoods on the near southwest side of the city. We are bordered by Prospect Avenue to the east, Devonshire Drive to the north, Morrissey Park to the west, and Windsor Road to the south. See Maps for the boundaries.

Devonshire neighborhood is comprised of more than 250 homes of a variety of styles; more than 600 residents; hundreds of mature trees; and a friendly neighborhood feel where we take great pride in the beauty of our surroundings.
